A complete automation for transplanting, placing and spacing of individual pots.
Description
When normal speed is no longer sufficient, TTA can provide high speed solutions like we did in this project. We supplied our customer with the following equipment:
- peat storage
- pot filling upto 7.000 pots per hour
- transplanting 3 colours per pot, 21.000 plants per hour
- placing pots on mobile containers
- high speed spacing with one pickup and two placing robots
- careful automatic spacing for Pointsettia
