Transplanting line for pots and packs
A high-speed transplanting line for various dimensions of packs and pots. Complete with automatic loading on table trolleys.
Description
This production line is highly suitable for various pack dimensions and pot sizes from 6 upto 27 cm due the quick change-over time. Upon processing, the packs and pots should be placed on a table trolley. In close consideration with our customer, we developed and delivered this high speed line, which consist of the following production steps:
- a revolving conveyor system for carriers
- depiling of packs
- depiling of pots
- template filling
- drill unit
- vision assisted transplanting
- application of handles
- placing packs and individual pots on table trolleys
